Mum’s Weetabix Breakfast Loaf

Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Soak Weetabix, brown sugar and fruit in the half pint of milk in a bowl and leave overnight.
  2. The next day, beat in self-raising flour, 1 egg and a pinch of salt.
  3. Place in a 2 lb lined loaf tin.
  4. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 330ºF (165ºC).
